Job Scope:

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and work with users to design and develop an end-to-end solution.
• Provide advice and assistance to business users in the effective use of application system and information technology.
• Manage the development of the application system and ensure the project is implemented within budget and according to schedule.
• Design solutions that are of quality and functional to ensure a good user experience.
• Monitors the performance of the application and work with relevant stakeholders to troubleshoot any issues surfaced in the production environment.
• Work closely with technical, solution and information architects to ensure the application developed is robust and align with the Enterprise Architecture.
• Produce technical documentation for application systems.
  

Requirements

• Working experience in application development using the following technologies and programming languages such as Mobile, web, object-oriented programming, SQL, Java, JavaScript, Spring boot, OIDC, and AWS.
• Experience in Project Management and is able to manage user expectation and deliver within project timeline
• Experience/knowledge in Scrum/DevOps concepts.
• Experience/knowledge in the various technologies supporting CI/CD such as GitLab, Confluence, JIRA, SonarQube, etc.
• Experience/Knowledge in Cloud, microservices architecture and container technologies such Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• To have a keen interesting in IT/ programming / system designs.
• Good understanding of SDLC.

Responsibilities

•Configuring and maintaining the system databases according to the environment strategy

•Engaging in capacity planning exercises to ensure adequate system resources

•Monitoring database size and health

•Creating and managing plans for maintaining statistics and indexes

•Understanding performance metrics, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues

•Following vendor and Epic best practices for hardware and software configuration

•Meeting with Cogito Process Analysts (PA) and report requesters (SMEs) to understand their data needs

•Identifying and reviewing the appropriate technological solutions for various reporting needs

•Creating reports, using a third-party report writing tool such as Crystal reports, to display data

•Writing SQL for custom SQL metrics

•Modifying existing reports, as necessary

•Distributing reports to report consumers using Epic-Crystal integration

•Reviewing peer reports for validity

•Testing report build in a specified testing environment and volume testing in live environments

•Reviewing upgrade documentation related to system features and released system reporting content, and determining how to implement the changes

•Might also be responsible for building:

o Universes and cubes

o Extracts

o SlicerDicer

o Third-party tools (WebI/QlikView/Tableau)

Requirements / Qualifications

•A degree in engineering, physics, computer sciences, math, information systems, or statistics

•At least 1-3 years’ experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems

•Strong communication skills

•Critical thinking and an analytical mind

•Technically proficient in your analytical database platforms

•Working knowledge of the database operating systems

•Proficiency with SQL and relational database concepts

•Proficiency and demonstrated experience with report writing tools

•Familiarity with Epic applications and database structure, through training that occurs early in the implementation

•Ability to gain an in-depth understanding of the data model through data model classes geared toward content areas

•Ability to understand data structures that could benefit the entire reporting environment

•Epic Certified is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare system design, drawings, and technical documentation

• Develop network diagrams, bill of materials, and system configurations

• Perform site installation, including cabling, equipment setup, and fibre splicing

• Configure and integrate FIDS / PIDS systems, including backend servers and monitoring systems

• Support integration with CCTV and related security systems

• Conduct testing, commissioning, and system performance checks

• Troubleshoot system issues during installation and operation

• Prepare test reports and maintain project documentation

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications, or related discipline

• 1–3 years of experience in security systems / ELV / project environment

• Experience in FIDS / PIDS or similar systems preferred

• Experience in system installation, integration, or commissioning

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of FIDS / PIDS / CCTV systems

• Basic networking (IP addressing, switches, servers)

• Good knowledge of fibre optic installation (preferred)

• System configuration and troubleshooting

• Basic AutoCAD or equivalent drafting skills

• Able to work on-site and support project deployment
