As part of this transformation, the Philippines entity is addressing challenges related to statutory tax reporting to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). Currently, there are issues with extracting accounting data from a legacy system and uploading it into SAP Business One due to errors in an existing uploader (UL) tool. To support both immediate issue resolution and future‑ready solution development, an experienced consultant is required to work closely with business users, local development partners, and the global ERP implementation team.

Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for both current‑state stabilization and future solution delivery, including:

• Conduct current-state analysis of the UL tool and organize business/system requirements for the enhancement.
• Lead requirement definition and development scheduling with the local development vendor, DynamIQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to understand aesthetic concerns and recommend suitable treatments.
• Carry out basic facial and skincare treatments in accordance with company and safety guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships and retention.
• Support sales growth by promoting treatments and packages through professional consultation.
• Assist doctors during treatment procedures and provide post-treatment support to clients.
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Follow up with clients regarding treatment progress and service satisfaction.
• Stay updated on aesthetic products, treatments, and market trend.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• You will be part of a full project lifecycle experience including design, data, functional specs, configuration, testing and post-go-live support experience
• Assess and recommend solutions according to the scope and to resolve open design issues
• Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Configuration of SAP CO to support scope; document configuration rationale
• Develop Functional Specs for all relevant developments to support all SAP processes
• Develop / Update relevant Master Data Standards especially master data to support SAP modules processes preferred
• Involved in the full SDLC including data gathering and analysis on user requirement, project design, strong project implementation in good configuration knowledge of SAP CO structures
• You will also be involved in project implementation methodologies & ITIL processes.

Requirements:

• Must have more than 6 working years in an SAP environment; must have more than 3-4 years in the consulting industry environment.
• Involved in at least 2-3 end to end cycle of SAP CO implementation projects in consulting environment
• Confident in communicating and presenting at the business level to MNC clients.
• Have supporting testing and data migration experience, as well as drafting of functional specification for reports, interface, enhancement, forms
• Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules

Requirements:

• Degree in in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UiPath or other RPA platforms, with exposure to AI-driven automation preferred.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration and LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph and LangSmith for building, managing and evaluating agentic workflows is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of automation lifecycle and software development practices.
• Understanding or exposure to Agentic AI concepts, including:Goal-oriented execution Multi-step reasoning and planning Tool usage and orchestration Human-in-the-loop design 
• Prior experience or exposure to software development and system integration, including building APIs, services, or applications (e.g., .NET, C#, Python, web applications) to support automation and agent orchestration is an added advantage.
• Ability to translate business requirements into RPA and agentic automation solutions.
• Experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) using UiPath Document Understanding or similar solutions is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in integrating applications using REST APIs, web services, and working with databases (RDBMS / NoSQL/MongoDB).
• Exposure to GenAI / LLM concepts, including prompt engineering, structured outputs, or AI-assisted workflows is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Prior experience with other automation tools (Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.) is a plus.
• UiPath Automation Developer Professional (ADP) certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
