Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional to manage core HR functions across Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam. This role is accountable for driving employee engagement and welfare initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for SG and MY, shaping and maintaining HR policies, and overseeing the performance review and OTI (On-Target Incentive) cycles. Key Responsibilities

4. Performance Review & OTI Oversight
