• Lead the design, planning, and execution of healthcare projects from concept to completion

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare planning, medical planning, or interior design for healthcare facilities
• Experience in greenfield and brownfield projects, preferably ranging S$5M – S$150M (up to 30,000 sqm)
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to influence, negotiate, and manage client expectations
• Proficient in architectural and interior design software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, workflow planning, and hospital design standards
