Who We’re Looking For: 

• Experience managing Xiao Hong Shu accounts, content, or campaigns

• Strong understanding of Chinese social media culture, trends, and user behaviour

• Ability to create visually appealing, engaging, and native-style content

• Familiarity with both organic growth strategies and paid advertising on Xiao Hong Shu

• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance
