The Operations Manager is expected to lead warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant day‑to‑day execution. This role drives people performance, inventory accuracy, workflow discipline, and cost‑effective logistics while working closely with cross‑functional teams to meet regulatory requirements, customer standards, and business goals.

People Leadership

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the Inventory, Warehouse, and Logistics teams
• Guide and support subordinates to achieve operational accuracy and performance targets (eg cross training)
• Conduct regular performance reviews, identifying training, development, and performance improvement needs
• Foster a cohesive workplace culture built on teamwork, trust, and collaboration

• Enforce consistent housekeeping standards to support safeand efficient warehouse operations.
• Lead and support warehouse teams in preparation and execution of annual stock takes.

Inventory Operations Management

• Ensure robust inventory controls, including full product traceability
• Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies proactively

Logistics Operations Management

• Oversee fleet maintenance planning and control transport budgets to ensure cost‑effective, reliable operational support.
• Provide regular briefings to logistics teams on customer priorities, service requirements, and operational challenges.

Health, Safety & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all Operational Health and Safety(OHS) standards and procedures for employees and visitors
• Drive continuous improvement in OHS practices, recommendingand implementing enhancements where required
• Enforce safe vehicle use and driving practices for logisticspersonnel
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain warehouse and fleet standards in line with SFA regulations and customer requirements

Adhoc Projects

• Plan and manage project(s) assigned by the management

Requirement

• Tertiary qualification or above in sales & marketing, maritime or related field
• At least one year of sales experience preferred
• An added advantage for those with shipping sales experience
• Some overseas travelling around the region may be required
• Must participate in entertainment activities

• Outgoing personality with good interpersonal, Public Relations and negotiation skills

• To handle air or sea freight import/export shipments processing and arrangement
• Co-ordination with various parties (including customers, overseas agents, carriers/airlines, NVOCC, co-loaders) on shipments booking/clearance/delivery.
• Liaise with service providers and customers on shipments arrangement
• Monitoring and following up of shipments status regularly.

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Executive (Procurement & Logistics) to support procurement, logistics, and retail operations. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth product supply, efficient deliveries, and strong operational support across our retail network.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement

• Manage sourcing and procurement of goods, equipment, and services from both local and overseas suppliers.

• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely purchasing to support business operations.

• Work closely with operations and marketing teams to understand product requirements and campaign needs.

Logistics

• Supervise and coordinate a team of drivers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

• Plan and manage transport arrangements for special projects and ad-hoc operational requests.

• Ensure delivery schedules and logistics processes are carried out efficiently.

Retail Operations Support

• Support day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth store operations.

• Assist in developing and improving operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Coordinate with internal teams to support the rollout of marketing campaigns and promotions across outlets.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or operations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely receiving and issuance of materials to production from internal warehouse and 3PL to ensure no production stoppages.
• Raising of materials damage report, materials disposition authorization and any other document to track the movement of inventories
• Ensure all transfer order transaction in SAP system are completed accurately as per physical movement
• Support and assist in investigation for any inventory discrepancies, violation of GMP and EHS procedure
• Responsible for raw materials sampling for laboratory testing according to standard.
• Involve in routine cycle counting activities which may include physical counting, count check, count verify and data entry of count tabulation. Ensure all inventories are properly managed.
• Ensure all documentation is handled, filed properly and data are posted accurately in the SAP system.
• Support for all outbound land, sea and air shipments. Ensure shipments are packed and stuff on time for delivery.
• Operates all material handling equipment such as forklift and VNA with standard operating and safety procedures.
• Maintains all material handling equipment and vehicles in good working condition by ensuring preventive maintenance is performed timely.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
• Experience in handling sterile and hazardous material
• Contribute in establishing warehouse SOP (Standard operating procedure)
• Any other duties assigned by the Superior.

About You:

• Diploma in Supply Chain, ITE or an equivalent
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in the GMP warehouse environment.
• Knowledge in GMP (Good documentation practices, sampling) is a must.
• Able to perform sampling of raw materials (solid and liquid)
• Able to adapt to changing work schedules and hours including overtime when required
• Able to do 12-hour shift work
• Ability to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
• A willing and engaging team player, contributing positively to team efficiency.
• Possessing a valid forklift license will be an advantage. Able to operate stacker and VNA
• Prior experience working with SAP system is preferred
