Key Responsibilities

1. Event & Logistics Coordination

• Provide end-to-end coordination for internal and external events (e.g. townhalls, engagement sessions, awards, leadership events)
• Liaise with venues, vendors, caterers, and event partners on logistics, setup, and timelines
• Coordinate event requirements including registration, seating, materials, AV support, and refreshments
• Support site visits and ensure readiness prior to events

2. Participant Management

3. Procurement & Vendor Administration

• Assist with post-event procurement close-out

4. Session Administration & Reporting

5. Knowledge Management

• Maintain organised records, trackers, and documentation across initiatives

6. Communications Administration

• Manage shared email inbox and route queries appropriately

MARINE OPERATIONS – SENIOR EXECUTIVE (LUBE OIL / BARGES)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly proactive and detail-oriented Marine Operations Senior Executive to oversee and execute our lube oil barge delivery operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring vessel movements and operational activities to ensure deliveries are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with schedules provided by our Charterers. The ideal candidate should possess strong marine logistics and operational experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to respond effectively to operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor barge movements and voyage progress to ensure compliance with planned schedules and ETAs.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels onboard barges to maintain stock accuracy and prevent product shortages or cross-contamination.
