Key Responsibilities

Training Management

• Leads the training department with clear direction, inspires trainer performance, and drives collective accountability for learner outcomes.

Synapxe Contract Management team provides contract management support not only for Synapxe’s own corporate contracts, but also provides consolidated and centralised contract management support for the clinical, business and healthcare analytics IT systems of various public healthcare hospitals and institutions in Singapore. The contract manager will assume the tasks and general responsibilities of the Contract Management team, with particular emphasis on drafting, review and preparation of Requests for Proposals and IT contracts.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide contract management support to the Company in the varied, dynamic and fast-paced areas of IT services.

• Draft, review and preparation of various types of contracts and agreements, including IT contracts on system / software / hardware acquisition, maintenance contracts, non-disclosure agreements, addendums, etc., including finalisation, formatting and triggering contract signing via Docusign.
