Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience in the Singapore construction industry
• Good knowledge of M&E systems and site coordination
• Familiar with local codes and submission requirements
• Proficient in AutoCAD (basic knowledge required)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in building projects / A&A works / structural projects
• Able to work independently and under pressure

• Develop project models and construction documents using BIM software and ensure accurate updates to Revit models, including coordination drawings.
• Create 2D and 3D shop drawings, as-built drawings, and ensure timely updates to project documentation.
• Collaborate with the Project Document Controller to facilitate accurate data transfer and ensure consistency in documentation.

Requirements:

• Possess BIM certificate.
• At least 2 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator in Large Construction Projects.
• Proficient in Revit and Navisworks.

• Ensure all works align with drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.

• Prepare cost estimates for variation orders when required.

• Liaise with suppliers on product, service presentations, and technical clarification.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical or Electrical Engineering.
