RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for Office of Admissions and Financial Assistance.
• Design and produce graphic and social media materials to raise awareness of financial assistance schemes and application processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Product Definition – Drive the customer working backwards strategy, tenets, long-term goals and working backwards documents (press release, FAQ) including customer feedback, competitive analysis and business metrics to inform direction. • Define Product Roadmap – Including all aspects to future roadmap, investment, innovation, and experimentation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Min. 7 years of previous work experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technical product management role
• Demonstrated success collaborating with design and engineering peers to lead a product development team
• Comfortable with Agile processes, with an emphasis on creating backlogs that support the product roadmap
• Proven ability to influence and/or lead a cross-functional team without direct authority
• Ability to translate customer needs into a product roadmap
