Responsibilities:

• Solution Selling for Mobile & Web Application.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities in Singapore market.
• Develop plans and sales strategies to increase branding and market share.
• Prepare sales presentations and solution demonstration.
• Prepare Sales proposal.
• Work with Marketing team to develop sales campaigns to target vertical industry.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue and generate timely sales report.

Job requirements:

• Experience in Software Solution Selling
• Good working attitude and communication skills.
• Minimum 4 years Software Sales experience
• IT background preferred.

·        At least seven (7) years of relevant work experience in IT project management.

· Knowledge in IT security and infrastructure designs and implementations and working knowledge of software development methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Office and .NET frameworks are preferred.

· Experience in delivering and operating government IT projects is preferred.

· Capable of overseeing project budgets, handling change requests, and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.

·        Proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks in a timely manner to minimize impact on project outcomes.

· Capable of developing and executing operational strategies to ensure systems reliability and availability to meet business objectives.

·        Able to understand the IT management and quality management policy to ensure that processes are adhered to established policies and guidelines.

· Proficient in delivering clear and persuasive written and oral communication to effectively engage stakeholders.

·        Able to manage multiple tasks and effectively organize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work both independently and in teams with good interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead both operations and business development for our f&b/lounge. This role focuses on revenue growth, customer traffic, branding, and team leadership, ensuring the outlet is profitable, vibrant, and consistently fully booked.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Drive overall sales (alcohol, table bookings, events, promotions)
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (ladies’ night, live music, themed events)
• Build partnerships with DJs, influencers, event organizers, and corporate clients
• Create strategies to increase footfall and repeat customers
• Maximize table turnover and revenue per customer

2. Operations Management

• Oversee daily outlet operations (service flow, staff deployment, customer experience)
• Ensure smooth coordination between bar, service crew, and kitchen (if applicable)
• Maintain high service standards and handle VIP guests
• Resolve customer feedback and complaints effectively

3. Team Leadership & Management

• Recruit, train, and manage staff (bar staff, servers, hostesses)
• Set KPIs and sales targets for the team
• Motivate team to upsell bottles, packages, and promotions
• Manage staff scheduling and performance

4. Marketing & Branding

• Plan and execute social media campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, events marketing)
• Work with influencers/KOLs to promote the outlet
• Organize events (DJ nights, themed parties, corporate bookings)
• Build a strong brand identity and nightlife presence

5. Financial & Inventory Management

• Monitor daily sales, costs, and profitability
• Control inventory (alcohol, mixers, supplies) and reduce wastage
• Manage budgets and optimize operational costs
• Prepare sales and performance reports

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Achieve sales performance targets and maintain good client relations
• Serving and increasing sales from existing key accounts
• Generate and develop new key accounts
• Work closely with renowned partners like Samsung, Logitech, Microsoft, and the in-house AV Designer Team to propose solutions to meet customers’ needs.
• Negotiate pricing with partners to ensure bids are competitive.
• Solution to focus: All types of Audios, Visual, and video conferencing solutions
• Present and submit weekly sales report.
• Primary market to focus: SME & Enterprise Company

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual or other disciplines
• 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment with a good sales track record
• Experience in a project-based, development of customized solutions sales environment
• Experience in managing key accounts in the Enterprise market, especially in Financial & Banking, Technology, Manufacturer, Oil & Gas
