Construction & Execution

• Oversee day-to-day project execution and site activities
• Manage contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, cost, and quality to ensure alignment with plans
• Review technical submissions, change requests, and variations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements

Project Closeout

• Manage project completion, handover, and documentation
• Ensure all testing, commissioning, and statutory approvals are completed
• Oversee defect management and final project reconciliation
• Prepare project reports and closeout documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction or A&A (addition and alteration) projects
• Proven experience managing projects across the full lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and contract management
• Experience working with contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Good project management skills including planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

• This is a 1-year contract position
• Candidates with experience in commercial, hospitality, or large-scale facilities projects will have an advantage
• Only candidates with relevant project management and construction experience will be considered

  Account Management

• Manage and grow existing retail accounts
• Conduct regular store visits to check stock levels, product display, and sales performance
• Build strong relationships with buyers and store managers

 Sales Growth

• Drive sell-in and reorders from existing accounts

• Propose promotions, bundles, and new product launches

• Ensure strong in-store visibility and merchandising
  
   Business Development

  • Identify and open new retail channels (electronics, sports, fitness, lifestyle stores)

  • Pitch and secure new accounts

  • Expand brand presence across Singapore
