Provide Administrative Support

- Answer of incoming calls

- Handle incoming / outgoing mails & emails

- General upkeep of office and maintenance of office supplies

- Provide ship stamp on supplier’s DO

- Maintain proper filing of sales/supplier invoices, bank statement, DO sheets/ Service Reports, etc.

• Support the driver in daily delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate distribution of goods.
• Perform loading and unloading of products at warehouse and customer sites.
• Carry out packing, labelling, and preparation of chemical products for dispatch.
• Maintain general warehouse housekeeping and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with additional operational or ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements: 

• GCE ‘N’ Level and above.
• Prior relevant warehouse, packing, or delivery experience preferred.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
