The Education Officer supports the outreach and education efforts of the Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum by delivering and facilitating biodiversity and natural history programmes. • Position : Costing Executive (Tender / Project Costing)
• Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)    
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for tenders, including materials, labor, and overheads. 
• Review tender specifications and requirements to ensure accurate costing. 
• Collaborate with procurement and project teams to gather cost data and supplier quotations. 
• Prepare tender documents, cost breakdowns, and pricing schedules for submission. 
• Provide cost analysis and recommendations to management for tender strategies.  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and tender submission requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field 
• 2-3 years of experience in costing, tender preparation, or related roles.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
