• Perform bank receipt allocations and reconcile customer accounts
• Support collection efforts and escalate overdue accounts where necessary

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper approvals are obtained
• Prepare payment runs (bank transfers, GIRO, etc.)
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices

3. Month-End Close & General Accounting

• Assist in month-end closing activities (journals, accruals, prepayments)
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain accurate accounting records in the system (e.g., Xero / ERP)
• Support audit schedules and documentation for internal/external audits

4. Administrative & Ad-hoc Support

• Assist in finance-related administrative tasks
• Provide support on projects and reporting as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (fresh graduates may be considered for Assistant role)
• Basic understanding of AR/AP and accounting principles
• Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Support both in-store and online retail operations by engaging customers, processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering excellent service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to walk-in and online customers across digital platforms (TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Carousell, Email)
• Process orders accurately from confirmation to fulfilment, including coordination of deliveries and repair services
• Follow up with customers post-sale to maintain relationships and gather feedback
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and resolve issues effectively
• Update inventory records, perform stock counts, and report discrepancies
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
• Support daily operations including handling calls, administrative tasks, and campaign or live-stream activities
• Perform any other duties assigned
