In addition, the candidate will contribute to the development of surface microengineering strategies for additively manufactured magnesium alloys to enhance heat dissipation performance. • Support documentation processes required prior to vessel assignment, including regulatory endorsements where applicable
• Organize pre-departure briefings and post-assignment debriefings for seafarers when required
• Monitor and review port-related expenses and crew change cost statements submitted by external agents for accuracy and consistency
• Assist in the review and reconciliation of vessel monthly reports prepared by shipboard personnel
• Coordinate cash advance requirements for vessel operations when necessary
• Assist in verifying crew entitlements such as leave, allowances, benefits, and contractual payments
• Maintain and update accurate crew records, including certifications, medical documents, visas, training records, and sea service history in line with compliance requirements
• Perform any other administrative or operational duties as assigned by management
