Job Responsibilities:

Continue refining PPR program and enhance Pan Pacific Reserve to improve overall luxury leisure market share.

Key Account Management

Develop, implement, and evaluate key account plans specifically designed to drive measurable revenue growth. Work with key travel partners for joint account plan.

Client Engagement & Educational Trips

Initiate and lead targeted educational (site inspection) trips to showcase PPHG’s properties and convert client interest into confirmed business.

Global Sales Events

Plan, manage, and actively participate in annual Global Sales events for the region, ensuring maximum ROI and brand representation.

Performance& KPI Delivery

Deliver on KPIs in line with Global Sales strategy and guidelines, including the annual account list review and revenue targets.

Hotel & Cross-Functional Support

Strategically support hotels by participating in:

Internal Relationships

Responsible for the full lifecycle management of the organoid modeling service product line - from strategic planning and customer insight to solution design, market launch, and continuous optimization. 1. Product Strategy & Planning

• Conduct in-depth analysis of the organoid market (e.g., oncology, liver/gastrointestinal, neurological diseases).
