Provide recruitment support for all levels of staff including:

• Job advertisement posting;
• Screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements;
• Conducting interviews to narrow the number of potential candidates who will be interviewed by the hiring Director;
• Conducting reference checks by verifying employment information and contacting the professional and personal contacts provided by the candidate;
• Schedule interviews for hiring Director via online or face to face.

Requirements:

• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Human Resources or equivalent;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Training will be provided for candidates with minimum experience.

First round of interview will be held via zoom.

Role Overview

We are looking for friendly and reliable individuals to join as Assistant Facilitators. In this role, you will support the main Facilitator during training sessions and assist elderly participants and caregivers with simple tasks.

This is a micro job role, ideal for retirees or individuals who are looking to stay active, learn something new, and earn additional income during their free time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist elderly participants and caregivers during training sessions
• Support participants in completing feedback forms
• Provide basic guidance and encouragement during activities
• Assist the main Facilitator on an ad-hoc basis during sessions
• Help ensure sessions run smoothly and participants feel supported

Training & Progression

• Basic training will be provided
• Opportunity to progress into a Facilitator role after 6 months, based on performance and interest

We are seeking a responsible and organised Part-Time Admin Assistant to support administrative operations and client engagement activities. The role involves liaising with elderly clients, assisting with documentation, and supporting basic marketing and outreach efforts such as flyer distribution.

This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently, managing tasks efficiently, and communicating effectively with elderly individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and liaise with elderly clients in Mandarin and English
• Assist in general administrative tasks and documentation
• Support data entry, record keeping, and basic coordination work

• Assist with coordination of appointments or programme-related activities
• Work remotely on administrative tasks and attend client locations when required

Requirements
