About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join a leading logistics provider's contract logistics team. Ideal Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Educational Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in:

· Business Administration

· Operations Management

· Healthcare Administration (for nursing home / healthcare setting) Or any relevant qualifications

Experience Requirements

· 1–3 years of experience in:

o   Administrative or operations support roles

o   Coordination of workflows, scheduling, or logistics

· Experience in healthcare / nursing home / service operations is a plus

· Exposure to procurement, vendor coordination, or reporting is advantageous

Job Scope:

• Assist Clinical HOD(s) and internal/external key stakeholders to plan, develop and implement new care models and clinical services in respective clinical programme(s)/ department(s).
• Support the operations and continuous improvements of clinical services and programmes in inpatient and outpatient settings with respective internal and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Campaign Management

• Work closely with the international recruitment team to execute the paid digital campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms and align campaigns with international recruitment priorities
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, continuously improving ROI through data-driven optimization
• Support the development of targeted campaign strategies for different markets, including China

2. Creative Design & Content Development

• Develop and localize content for international audiences across key social media platforms
• Apply knowledge of China social media platforms (e.g. WeChat) to ensure relevance and effectiveness
• Create and adapt digital marketing assets, including social media posts, ad creatives, and simple promotional materials (e.g. posters, banners)
