• Manage payroll operations for local and regional employees in partnership with external vendors and EOR platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits.
• Maintain HR systems and ensure employee records are updated and properly managed.
• Administer employee benefits programs such as medical insurance and leave entitlements.
• Support annual performance appraisal and compensation review cycles, including salary adjustments and bonus administration.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, renewal letters, transfer documentation, and policy updates.
• Respond to employee inquiries on payroll, benefits, and tax-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labor regulations (CPF, IRAS, MOM, etc.).
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, well-being programs, and recognition activities.
• Plan and execute employee engagement events in collaboration with the committee.
