Being our smart home sales specialist, you will learn to tailor home automation devices according to a homeowner's family needs. Equipped with smart home knowledge, you are the front person communicating to homeowners on how smart home brings unprecedented convenience and comfort to them.

As part of project management, you will be liaising with various stakeholders in the home renovation industry to incorporate smart home solution in a new house. You will understand how to provide a fuss-free and functional smart home transformation experience and enjoy the fulfilment of giving homeowners unprecedented convenience, comfort, and security.

Applicants must display a high level of integrity and empathy. You should be able to communicate effectively with teammates and with customers across different social identities. Applicants must also have a high level of self-awareness and is able to recognise his own strengths/weaknesses. Other than that, you must be able to display high learning agility.

Working hours: 5 days including weekends 10-7pm or 6 days 10-6pm

Remuneration: Basic $2,800 - $3,500 + Comms

Responsibilities

·      Act as the primary operational pointof contact for assigned key and strategic customers.

·      Build strong, trust-basedrelationships through proactive and professional engagement.

·       Develop deepunderstanding of customer business, applications, and buying behaviour todeliver tailored support.

·      Manage quotations, sales orders, andchange requests, including complex and high-value transactions.

·      Interpret and validate technicalrequirements such as part numbers, configurations, and specifications.

·      Ensure accuracy, commercial alignment,and timely execution of all transactions.

·      Own the full order lifecycle fromenquiry through delivery and after-sales support.

·      Proactively monitor order status,delivery commitments, and potential risks.

·       Drive resolutionof fulfilment issues to ensure customer expectations are met.

·      Collaborate closely with Sales, SupplyChain, Finance, and other relevant teams to deliver seamless execution.
Take ownership of escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clearcommunication to customers.

·       Support customermeetings, reviews, and joint engagements where required.

·      Analyse customer data, trends, andbuying patterns to generate insights and support account development.

·      Identify and drive improvements inprocesses, service levels, and customer experience.

·      Ensure adherence to pricing policies,internal controls, and data integrity across CRM and ERP systems.

Requirements

·       Diploma or Degreein Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is strongly preferred.

·      Minimum 3 years of relevant experiencein customer-facing roles, with Key Account management experience, withinindustrial, engineering, or technical environments.

·      Computer Skills: Proficient inMicrosoft 365 business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, andPower BI), CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), SAP B1, and the ability to quicklylearn business systems and other software platforms as required.
