Qualifications and Requirements: 

• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA/CPA/CA or equivalent

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience with managing subsidiary accounts is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Peachtree, Microsoft Dynamic Business Central) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in one or more APAC regional languages and group consolidation knowledge is a must.

Job Description:

About The Role

As an Administrative Assistant/ Officer at Knight Frank, you’ll be the key person in supporting both owners/ tenants and team. Reporting to the Site Head, you will facilitate the onboarding of new owners/ tenants, coordinate service requests and maintain an organized filing system.
