The Accounting, Banking & Finance Executive is responsible formanaging day-to-day accounting operations and banking activities with a high level of accuracy and accountability. This role suits candidates who are hands-on, independent, and experienced in full-cycle accounting.

• Manage assigned ledgers and accounting cycles
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Execute month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare bank payment runs and perform bank reconciliations
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and internal stakeholders
• Prepare management accounts and financial schedules
• Support audits, tax filings, and statutory submissions
• Monitor cash flow and operational finance matters

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–6 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of accounting standardsand controls
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Xero is required

The F&B Executive learns the roles of Sandwich Artist and Shift Leader, supervises restaurant staff and daily operations to ensure that food safety, product preparation, cleanliness and inventory control standards are maintained. Maintains standards of restaurant safety and security. Exceptional guest service is a major component of this position.

Tasks and responsibilities:

-Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Shift Leader

-Supervises food preparation to ensure that food safety and operations standards are maintained.

-Coordinates and supervises staff so that standards of cleanliness are maintained as outlined in the SUBWAY® Operations Manual.

-Manages a staff of approximately 5 to 7 in a team. Assigns, oversees and evaluates work.

-Performs paperwork duties and assists with product orders and inventory.

-Assists with planning of special events and promotions.

-Completes University of SUBWAY® courses as directed.

-Conduct interviews and appraisal of the team

Prerequisites:

-Education: Degree or Diploma

-Experience & skills: Experience in restaurant operations, preferably with supervisory experience. Requires excellent communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is desirable.

-Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.

-Must be able to work on any shift, weekends and Public Holidays. To be contactable via HP anytime during restaurants' opening hours.

Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours (hybrid)
Salary: up to $3160 per month

Job Scope:

• Support coordination of workshops and facilitation of sessions with stakeholders
• Support analysis and harmonisation of business processes of services
• Apply digital software to create detailed process maps and workflow diagrams
• Learn and assist in constructing user stories for development
• Provide secretarial support including meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-up actions
• Support the organisation of team/division events

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Social Science/Social Work/Psychology or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Familiar with Microsoft Visio, Figma and writing user stories
• Good writing and communication skills
