We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Accounts Executive to support our finance team on a 3-month contract basis. The role focuses on handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions and ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Process and verify supplier invoices
• Perform 3-way matching (PO, DO, Invoice)
• Prepare and process vendor payments

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Issue invoices to customers
• Monitor incoming payments and update records
• Follow up on outstanding receivables

JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Chef responsibilities include assist the Chef with ingredient preparation as well as perform all washing and cleaning duties required in the kitchen.
