•    Drive the silicon chip design through the full tape-out flow, including pre-layout and post-layout simulations, physical verification (DRC/LVS), and parasitic extraction.

•    Develop test plans, designing PCB test boards, and performing detailed silicon characterization and debugging using lab equipment.

•    Authoring high-quality research papers for leading conferences and journals and presenting findings at international conferences.

•    Managing technical milestones for the project and providing technical guidance to PhD and Master's students within the group.

The appointment can commence immediately with a 1-year contract, with prospect of extension. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists the Engineering team to produce drawings for process system such as Bulk Gas, Specialty Gas, Chemical, Distilled Water, Wastewater System. 
• Prepares Piping layout, Equipment layout, Plant layout drawings. 
• Prepares Process and Instrumentation Diagram, Process flow diagram, and schematics drawings. 
• Prepares Piping Isometric, section and detail drawings. 
• Prepares tender, shop construction, as-built drawings
• Maintains all the drawings to be updated according to revised layout.
• Field verification of site installation as per approved drawings. 
• Coordination of drawings and space management with other discipline and sub-contractors. 
• Produces 3-Dimensional model of Valve Manifold Box Fabrication drawings. 
• To coordinate with project team, enforce CAD/ BIM standard on project basis. 
• Prepare 3-Dimensional model when project is required.

• Prior experience in design, creation, and modeling of Architectural, Civil and Structural, Electrical, Process, Mechanical, and plumbing systems etc.
• Working knowledge in both 2D and 3D environments. Proficient in annotation and the production of 3D isometric and 2D orthographic drawings
• Utilizes Autodesk Navisworks to verify your 3D models are fully coordinated and clash free
• Ability to work as part of a team with a common goal

Job Requirements:

• At least 15 years experience in Telecommunications Engineering in the Oil and Gas industry including greenfield and brownfield design
• Telecommunications background, knowledge, and understanding
• Able to work independently and lead design activities
• Team player and interact with other disciplines colleagues, clients, and suppliers
• Proficient in 3D modeling software including AVEVA E3D, PDMS, and SP3D
• Proficient in 2D AutoCAD & Microstation
• Site survey experience preferred
