Job Description:

• Support day-to-day administrative operations within the rehabilitation department
• Prepare monthly reports and compile patient/visit data using internal systems
• Handle billing, invoicing, quotations, and payment processing (including PayNow/QR)
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and system updates across multiple platforms
• Coordinate schedules, movement calendar, and liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Provide general administrative support including handling calls and assisting with department activities
