Job Description

• Prepare proposals and negotiate contract terms with potential clients to secure business.
• Ensure pricing, terms, and conditions follow company policies and meet client expectations.
• Close deals and assist with onboarding new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Gather and analyse client feedback to improve products, services, and sales processes.
• Regularly report sales activities, opportunities, and market updates to the Sales Manager.
• Manage sales documents such as proposals, contracts, agreement orders, work orders, and invoices.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Follow up on payments and resolve any pending issues related to contracts or billing.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Superior.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field a plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the vending industry or B2B sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong sales focus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Powerpoint a plus

Key Responsibilities

1. Management Accounts & Month-End Closing

• Prepare monthly full-set accounts for assigned entities within the Group

• Maintain supporting schedules and documentation for management review

2. Sustainability Data Collection & Reporting Support

• Coordinate and compile sustainability-related data across departments and business units, including environmental and operational metrics

• Maintain structured data templates and tracking schedules to ensure consistency and comparability

• Support the Finance Manager in sustainability reporting and regulatory disclosures

• Ensure sustainability data is properly documented, traceable, and suitable for internal review or assurance purposes

3. Group Finance & Reporting Support

• Assist in group-level reporting schedules and ad-hoc financial analysis

• Support audit and internal review processes by preparing schedules and responding to routine queries

• Maintain orderly records and documentation for finance and sustainability reporting

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline

Experience

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or reporting roles

• Exposure to month-end closing and management accounts preferred

• Experience with sustainability or ESG data collection is an advantage but not mandatory
