Finance

Be responsible for the day-to-day transaction processing of the Sales, Purchase and Nominal Ledger and Accounting to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the accounting records, including the following:

• Handling bank receipts and payments & petty cash payments.

Senior Operations Executive (Welfare Home)

Job Responsibilities          

• Assist in the planning and execution of daily operational activities within the Home
• Support manpower planning, staff deployment, and scheduling to ensure sufficient coverage
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain smooth and efficient operations
• Oversee service standards to ensure residents receive care aligned with established care plans
• Address and follow up on feedback or concerns raised by residents and their families
• Initiate and support continuous improvement efforts to enhance service quality
• Develop, review, and implement policies and SOPs in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g. MSF guidelines)
• Prepare and maintain policies related to resident care, medication handling, restraint procedures, visitor management, PDPA compliance, and complaint handling
• Conduct regular policy reviews and gap analysis to ensure consistency across departments
• Ensure compliance with licensing standards, audits, and inspections
• Support audit processes, incident investigations, and implementation of corrective actions
• Monitor adherence to SOPs and drive standardisation of processes across the Home
