Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
• Min 1 year of working experience in IT helpdesk experiences with basic SQL skills
• Good analytics and troubleshooting skills
• Both a team player and independent contributor
• Basic network and Wintel System Administration concept
• Knowledge of manufacturing system (MES, WMS) is a bonus
• Able to communicate in Chinese to different stakeholders

Required Technical Skill Set

·         Responsible for release management of TCS BaNCS Upgrade (scheduled and Ad-hoc) in DBS environment including packing/verification of product deliveries, System Integration deployment and support for User testing & production deployment.

·         Perform Requirement/Impact analysis for Non-functional items & TCS BaNCS related queries.

·         Support TCS BaNCS Integration testing for down/up streams systems of DBS. Also, DBS Infra upgrade activities support like  OS/DB patch, MQ upgrade etc

·         L2 Troubleshooting of technical & functional incidents in Customer environments.

Technical Experience

• Hands-on experience supporting market data platforms such as LSEG RTDS, Bloomberg B-pipe, or direct exchange feeds.
• Solid understanding of real-time data distribution, symbology, and entitlement models (e.g. DACS, EMRS).
• Experience supporting mission critical production systems with high availability requirements.
• Familiarity with Linus/Unix environments and scripting(Python/Bash/PowerShell).
• Exposure to AWS or hybrid cloud environments is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Experience with monitoring and automation tools is preferred.
• Any experience with Trader Voice and Voice Recording (IPC, NTR, VFC) would be advantageous.
• Any experience with remote Windows desktop solutions would be useful.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma with 5+ years of experience in market data support or trader floor desktop support
• Provide L1/L2 operational support for enterprise market data platforms (e.g.LSEG RTDS, Bloomberg B-pipe, exchange feeds) across AWS and on-premises infrastructure.
• Proactively monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate recovery to meet availability targets.
• Act as the primary liaison with vendors and exchanges for production incidents, data queries, and technical changes.
• Plan and execute production activities including upgrades, migrations, failover testing, and resilience enhancements.
• Support onboarding of new applications and data services, ensuring alignment with architecture and governance standards.
• Collaborate with Market Data Admin and Commercial teams on entitlement, usage reviews, and audit requests.
• Maintain operational documentation and continuously improve monitoring and automation capabilities
