Job Description

The Manager, Risk & Compliance is a new role at Hafnia, to be based in Singapore or Copenhagen and part of the Governance, Risk & Compliance pillar within the Executive Projects, Compliance & ESG team. The team works closely with Hafnia's Leadership Group across three pillars to enable strategic execution, safeguard the organization through robust governance and risk oversight, and embed sustainability across the business.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance. During an initial transition period, the role will report directly to the Head of Executive Projects, Compliance & ESG.

This position will play a critical role in operating Hafnia's risk management framework and Corporate Compliance Program, driving compliance efforts and managing enterprise risks. Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Aesthetic Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion for our medical aesthetic products and devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other medical professionals while implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the aesthetic and medical market.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base, including aesthetic clinics, medispas, and dermatology/plastic surgery practices.
• Conduct regular sales visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential and existing clients.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and product education to medical professionals and clinic staff.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and follow-ups.

3. Market Research & Strategy

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide insights on market needs and customer feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales strategies tailored to target customers.

4. Training & Education

• Conduct product training sessions, workshops, and seminars for clients and partners.
• Educate customers on the benefits, application, and usage of medical aesthetic products.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine to provide expert advice

5. Sales Operations & Reporting

• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, injectables, skincare, and medical devices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and work independently.
• Willingness to travel as required for client visits, training, and industry events.

Job Descriptions:

- Oversee and manage group consolidation, ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings and preparation of consolidated financial statements.

- Review subsidiaries’ monthly management accounts and ensure compliance with group accounting policies.

- Prepare/ review monthly management reports.

- Review monthly cashflow forecasts.

- Co-ordinate the preparation and review of annual budget and forecasts.

- Perform financial analysis to support business decisions and optimize profitability.

- Oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, including day-to-day financial operations for newly set up business units and investment holding companies.

- Review and ensure timely submission of GST returns.

- Review tax computation and ensure accurate and timely income tax filing.

- Handle group tax planning and transfer pricing analysis and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory reporting requirements.

- Liaise with bankers, lawyer, company secretary, external auditors, tax consultants and government agencies.

- Review and update group accounting policies and procedures and ensure compliance by entities within the group.

- Drive financial process improvements and strengthen internal controls.

- Manage, coach and develop the finance team.

- Handle any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Degree in accounting, ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.

- At least 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience including group consolidation and financial reporting. Prior experience in F&B industry is a plus.

- Prior audit experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is a strong advantage.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Oracle Netsuite or similar ERP systems.

- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and tax regulations.

- Meticulous, strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proactive, hands-on, adaptable and resourceful team player with strong management and supervisory skills.

- Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage, as the role requires regular communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
