JOB RESPONSBILITIES

The PWM COB Team is responsible for reviewing Account Onboarding and Maintenance documentations meet regulatory requirements. 

The team plays a key role in safeguarding the firm by performing the following key functions: 

• Understand the different client account structures and legal documentation required to establish new accounts 
• Review the accuracy and completeness of account documentation and all required signatures have been obtained 
• Ensuring organizational documents are obtained in accordance with firm policy and regulatory requirements 
• Perform data input into the system for proper account set up 
• Ensure suitability review has been completed 
• Identify red flags at client onboarding stage 
• Partner with AML Compliance to ensure new policies and regulations are fully implemented within Global PWM 
• Be vigilant in due diligence reviews of new client screening for AML & Know Your Client requirements 
• Evaluate product requests, such as options and margin, for each PWM client account to ensure they meet all regulatory and firm requirements 
• Ensure downstream systems correctly recognize approved products and services, including Cash products, Client Statement and Performance reporting 
• Resolve issues through coordination with PWM Teams, PWM Compliance, PWM Legal 
• Ensure the updated documentations are properly stored into the central documents depository for completeness 
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements

• Conduct client due diligence during onboarding and periodic reviews, ensuring compliance with AML/KYC obligations.

The SOC Lead is a hands-on operational role with team oversight responsibilities. TitleRole  Business AnalystSr BA with Data Background for ESG Domain

Key Responsibilities

 Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document ESGrelated requirements
 Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for data and analytics solutions
 Work closely with data engineering and data science teams to design and implement ESG reporting and analytics solutions
 Analyze ESG datasets eg carbon emissions sustainability metrics compliance data to identify trends and insights
 Support the development of ESG dashboards KPIs and performance tracking frameworks
 Ensure alignment with global ESG standards and frameworks eg GRI SASB TCFD ISSB
 Assist in defining data models data governance and data quality standards for ESG reporting
 Participate in UAT User Acceptance Testing and validate system outputs against requirements
 Provide domain expertise on ESG products services and regulatory expectations
 Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs FRDs use cases and process maps
 Facilitate communication between business product and technical teams

Required Skills  Qualifications

 Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Finance Data Science Sustainability or related field
 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in ESG sustainability or financial services domains
 Strong understanding of ESG concepts reporting frameworks and sustainability metrics
 Proven experience working with data analytics data modeling and data visualization tools eg Power BI Tableau
 Familiarity with data science concepts statistical analysis and predictive modeling
 Minimal Handson experience with SQL andor PythonR for data analysis will be good to have
 Experience working in Agile environments and handling crossfunctional teams
 Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills
 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Core Responsibilities

• Requirements: Elicit, analyze, and document functional/technical requirements (User Stories, FRS).

• Process Mapping: Design "As-Is" and "To-Be" workflows to optimize business operations.

• Liaison: Act as the primary translator between non-technical users and software developers.

• Testing & Quality: Define UAT (User Acceptance Testing) criteria and ensure the final solution solves the business problem.

• Data Insight: Use SQL and BI tools to provide data-driven recommendations for system improvements.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in IT BA, Systems Analysis, or Product Management.

• Technical Stack: Jira/Confluence, SQL, BPMN/UML tools (Visio/Lucid), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Soft Skills: Expert communication, conflict resolution, and analytical problem-solving.

• Education: Degree in CS, IT, or Business. CBAP or CSPO certifications are a plus.
