We are seeking an experienced design leader to partnerclosely with the Senior Director of Interior Design to translate strategicvision into exceptional design outcomes, strong project delivery, andsustainable studio growth. As the key link between senior leadership andproject teams, the Director plays a pivotal role in shaping design quality,team performance, and client satisfaction.

The role combines hands on creative leadership with strongpeople and business management. The Role

Creative Lieutenant:

Operational Manager:
