We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design and development of high-precision automation equipment for the electronics industry, including semiconductor and PCB manufacturing, as well as customised factory automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers and customers to understand technical requirements and translate them into engineering designs
• Analyse project specifications and contribute to concept development and design proposals
• Design high-precision, high-performance automation equipment and mechanical systems
• Select and integrate components such as sensors, pneumatic systems, motors, servo axes, and robotics

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Assist the Project Management Team in Mechanical & Electrical planning works

• Support project engineering activities for mechanical and electrical systems to meet design specifications
