We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the Bed Management Unit (BMU). In this role, you will support the planning and development of bed management systems and processes to ensure efficient and appropriate bed allocation for patients. Key responsibilities include assisting in the development of workflows and processes for BMU, as well as helping to establish algorithms for bed assignment based on clinical protocols and patients' requirements to create comprehensive guidelines. You will also contribute towards building frameworks for managing bed tight situations and help establish transfer protocols with other hospitals and long-term care operators for admission arrangements.

Additional responsibilities include involvement in training of future staff and designing an efficient rostering framework. You will also support the hospital's Operational Readiness, Activation and Transition (ORAT) efforts and collaborate across departments to build a seamless healthcare delivery system from the ground up.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferably in healthcare, business or operations management) with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in healthcare operations will be an advantage
• Knowledge and skill in design thinking, change management, project management, technology adoption and process methodologies
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation with multi-generational staff
• Team player, highly motivated and action-oriented with excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, adapt to change and manage challenges in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Sales Support / Sales Coordinator x 2 Headcount 

• Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm // 8.30am-5.30pm [ NO OT Required ]
• After confirmed entitled to 6 days WFH per month
• Location: 2-3 bus stop from Clementi MRT, Singapore
• Basic: $2,800 - $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus [ March ]

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as sales support, preferable in marine or engineering related products [spare parts]
• Product training provided by sales team or sales director from Italy.
• This role will mainly handle clients from Asia pacific, Singapore, Korea and Australia.

Job Scopes:

• Handle day-to-day sales administration such as preparing quotations, processing orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Sales Coordination for the dedicated countries
• Coordinate with Shipping department on order delivery
• Quick response to customer's inquiries, claims and other related questions
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Follow up with clients on the offer and delivery
• Provide full sales and daily operational support to Area Manager
