BIM Modeller (Infrastructure / Civil Engineering)

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital construction and committed to delivering high-quality BIM models for complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain accurate BIM models for infrastructure and civil engineering projects (e.g. roads, drainage, utilities, bridges).
• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure coordination and clash detection.
• Ensure models comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and BIM execution plans.
• Assist in resolving design and technical issues through BIM coordination.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM models and drawings.

Requirements:

• Specialist Diploma in BIM (mandatory).
• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling for infrastructure or civil projects.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of BIM processes, standards, and workflows.
• Familiarity with local authority requirements and submission processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities
• Provide support and assistance to project manager and project personnel to ensure that project quality objectives are achieve in a timely manner.
• Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities.
• Implementing the QA/QC system to ensure quality targets are achieved.
• Prepare project quality plan for execution.
• Carry out in-process checks with the quality standards and good practices.
• Monitor and update schedule and status of CONQUAS / QUALITY assessment.
• Support in tender review in quality areas, when required.
• Attend QA/QC meetings and site inspection and ensure proper record and documentation.
• Ensure all activities carried out are in full compliance to all regulatory and authority requirement.
• Liaise and Coordinate closely with Site Project Managers and representatives (Structural, Architectural, Civil, etc.)

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in respective discipline Engineering, project management, or equivalent tertiary education.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in site QA/QC supervisor role.

• Handle paperwork, reports & emails.
• Track project progress & worker attendance.
• Communicate with residents, HDB & contractors.
• Manage invoices, expenses & purchases.
• Keep safety records & ensure regulations are met.
• Prepare reports & assist management.

Requirements

• 2 years’ admin experience, preferably in construction/HDB Home Improvement projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good coordination & communication skills.
• Familiar with HDB processes
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

a) Report to the Manager/Team leader as shown in the organization chart. Responsible for the coordination and control of technical matters, quality implementation and site supervision works.

b) The detailed duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:

• Coordinate with all the parties including sub-contractors and consultants to solve and coordinate technical issues.
• Production and maintaining of drawings from BIM (Revit) model and ensure proper transmission of data to all parties involved.
• Ensure that the detailed schedules of drawing production and site progress are met.
• For quality management, the coordinator is responsible to fully implement with the quality recordings, carry out result analysis and formulate action plans for continuous improvement.
• Transform AutoCAD drawings into 3D drawings.
• Ensure BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD) are followed.
• Supervise site works according to the quality and EHS requirements.
• Handle all inspections and handing over process with the final objective of achieving customer satisfaction and high Conquas/QM score.
• Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is necessary for the execution of the project.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture / Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in BIM Drafting (Architectural or M&E)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage utility diversion and protection works for roadwork projects
• Liaise with LTA, utility agencies, consultants, and subcontractors on services coordination
• To implement appropriate measures for service/utilities protection
• Adopt safe work procedures for carrying out any works to prevent damage to services/utilities in particular excavation works.
• Review utility drawings, service plans, and method statements
• Coordinate with the project team on utility clearance and sequencing of works
• Prepare submissions, reports, and as-built records
• Resolve site utility conflicts and technical issues

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Prefer to have hands-on experience in LTA projects and utility coordination/diversion works
• Familiar with LTA specifications, procedures, and submission processes
• Able to read and coordinate utility and services drawings

Preferred:

• Experience working with multiple utility agencies
• Able to start on short notice

• Manage issuing of vehicles to new drivers and conduct briefing & the collection/inspection of vehicles from leaving drivers.

• Maintain records of vehicle allocation, servicing schedules, tire changes, insurance, road tax, inspection dates, season parking locations and renewals / cancellations etc.

• Arrange and work with warehousing team to schedule vehicle servicing and repairs without disrupting operations.

• Conduct regular vehicle inspections to check vehicle condition and whether properly maintained.

• Assist drivers in troubleshooting vehicle issues such as breakdowns, tire punctures, battery problems, or mechanical faults.

• Coordinate roadside assistance, towing services, and workshop repairs when necessary.

• Track vehicle mileage and EV charging to support maintenance planning and cost control.

• Ensure vehicles comply with regulatory requirements and company safety standards such as speed limiter etc.

• Maintain inventory of vehicle-related items such as keys, cashcards, OBU, parking devices, and emergency equipment.

Pre-Requisites / Requirements

Valid Class 3 driving license.
Some knowledge of vehicle maintenance and common mechanical issues.
Familiarity with commercial EV vehicles such as vans and lorries is an advantage.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to operational issues such as breakdowns.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate vehicle records.
Good communication skills to liaise with drivers, workshops, and operations staff.
Basic computer skills for maintaining fleet records and documentation.
