Responsibilities

• First-class end user support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, VOIP, and AV/VC systems
• Full lifecycle ownership - procurement, deployment, configuration, and ongoing hardware support
• Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure including AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, and file/print services
• Virtual infrastructure (Hyper-V), SAN administration, and Exchange Server support
• Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra administration
• Manage AV and video conferencing systems

Requirements

• Proven IT support experience in a financial services environment - banking, asset management, PEVC, or a similarly professional setting
• Hands-on experience across Windows 11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 / Azure / Entra stack
• Solid networking fundamentals like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Experience with AV and video conferencing systems (Zoom Rooms, Crestron, or equivalent)
• Vendor management and procurement experience
• Bloomberg terminal support experience is a plus
• Excellent spoken and written English
