Job Description

Job Requirement

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying (QS) team, overseeing project cost control and commercial performance.

• Establish and implement contract, cost management, and QS operational systems and processes.

• Review and monitor project costing, including inter-project and inter-company cost allocations.

Job Summary: The Construction Project Manager (Scaffolding Works) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing scaffolding projects from start to completion. This role ensures scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local regulations (e.g., MOM, WSH Act).
