Accounts Duties

• Handle full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing accounting schedules to ensure accurate and timely provisions for monthly expenditures, fixed assets, accruals, month-end closing, and year-end audit activities.
• Maintain proper and systematic filing systems for accounting documents.
• Support the team in achieving departmental goals and completing related tasks as required.

Human Resource Duties

• Assist the HR Manager in managing HR-related responsibilities.

Other Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage company insurance policies such as Workmen’s Compensation, Professional Indemnity, and other relevant coverage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections on incoming and outgoing products to verify compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

Duties & Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

• Support the team in planning and running events from start to finish
• Assist with research, timelines, logistics, budgeting, and on-site event operations
• Prepare basic reports and documentation after events

Marketing, Communications & PR

• Support updates for event listings, website (WordPress), and social media
