General Fundraising Administration

Requirements

We are a fast-growing skincare salon with 3 outlets, dedicated to delivering personalized and results-driven treatments to our clients. We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who will be the co-founder’s right-hand partner in shaping our brand, growing our customer base, and executing impactful marketing campaigns.

Role Overview:

As Marketing Executive, you will oversee all marketing activities, from strategy to day-to-day execution. You will manage content marketing, coordinate with creators, and plan campaigns that drive engagement, bookings, and brand loyalty. You will work closely with the co-founder to align marketing efforts with business goals, ensuring every campaign reflects our brand values and growth objectives.

 Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for all three outlets, aligned with the founder’s vision and business goals.

Role Overview
The Project Executive supports the day-to-day execution of government projects, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, public-sector governance standards, and stakeholder expectations. The role coordinates across project teams, vendors, and government agencies to support the delivery of ICT systems, learning technologies, smart campus solutions, operational platforms, and infrastructure programmes.

Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Manage assigned workstreams, including planning, scope, budget tracking, issue resolution, and quality assurance
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and risk registers aligned with PMO and audit requirements

Job Duties:

• Organize, format, and manage tender documents and drawings to facilitate access by the costing and planning teams.

3. Programme Planning and Execution

• Plan, organize, implement, monitor, and evaluate the Centre's programs, activities, and events, creating a regular activity calendar

• Facilitate or conduct classes for senior lifelong learning

4. Programme Management & Reporting

• Oversee the management of key programs, ensuring timely execution and achievement of objectives

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of Operations Executive (OE) is to assist the Operations Manager (OM) in the strategic management of Lee Kong Chian Gardens School's environment (estate, facilities, resources, processes), school safety and security, risk management, health matters and emergency preparedness processes. Areas of focus for the OE include but not limited to the following:

• Execute daily operational processes and ensure smooth running of school operations
• Coordinate vendors and follow up on maintenance, services and issues
• Track and report operational data (e.g. incidents, faults, compliance)
• Maintain documentation and support SOP implementation
• Support operational rhythms (e.g. daily checks, weekly reporting cycles)

The OE is also required to help supervise and manage a team of operational support assistants and contract cleaners as well as cover the OM duties in his absence where possible.

Job description:

• Regularly check the premises for damages and ensure cleanliness and a safe learning environment.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders (e.g. MINDS HQ, MOE, SLA, BCA etc) to manage physical / technological infrastructure improvement and facilities maintenance works
• Documentation of building plans, school design, generic manuals, warranties project handing-over etc.
