Responsibilities
Handle office receptionist duties.
Assist in administrative functions related to Finance and Human Resources.
Issue Purchase Orders and carry out 3-way matching (Invoice / Delivery Order / Purchase Order).
Perform data entry for Accounts Payable.
Prepare Sales Quotations and manage email correspondence with clients.
Update employee attendance and leave records in the system.
Process work permit and S-Pass applications while coordinating interview arrangements.
Arrange and coordinate staff training sessions.
Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or higher.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Administration, Human Resources, or Finance.
Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
Team player with a positive working attitude.
