Safety and Coordination

• Enforce strict adherence to site safety rules, Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, and Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act.
• Conduct regular safety and workmanship inspections.
• Coordinate effectively with other construction disciplines (Civil, Structural, E&I) to ensure seamless workflow and interface management.
• Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and equipment vendors.

Lifting & Heavy Lift Coordination (Advantageous Area)

• Utilize your experience to review and provide input on contractors' lift plans and rigging studies for major equipment installation.
• Support the site lifting team by offering practical insights during pre-lift meetings for complex mechanical equipment.
• Supervise the mechanical aspects of lifts to ensure equipment is correctly prepared, supported, and landed.
• Note: Primary responsibility for certified lifting supervision remains with dedicated Lifting Supervisors

Reports to: Construction / Project Manager

Monthly salary: $4,000- $5,500

Base location: Site-based (Natural Gas Construction Projects), Singapore

Overseas Travel: Not required.

Position Type: Full-time permanent position

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate structural and architectural works on site according to approved drawings and project schedule.
• Monitor subcontractors’ work progress, workmanship, and compliance with site requirements.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report site progress to the Project Manager / Site Engineer.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant parties on technical and site issues.
• Assist in planning site activities and resolving construction issues.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices are maintained at site.
• Attend site meetings and inspections when required.
• Maintain records of site progress, manpower, and materials delivered.
• Highlight delays, discrepancies, and site issues promptly for corrective action.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant site supervision experience in structural or architectural works.
• Candidates with RTO certification are welcome.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site coordination.
• Able to supervise subcontractors and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and site safety practices.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple parties on site.
• Diploma / Nitec in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in main contractor projects will be an advantage.

Looking for a skilled Tiler, with 5 or more years of experience, who can also take up extra supervisory roles.

Working hours from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday.

Construction sites varies island-wide, no transportation provided. Must be hardworking and open to doing OT.

• Manage and organise project documentation and procurement records within the site office.
• Provide administrative support to site staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Liaise with headquarters to obtain, verify, and process required project documents.
• Monitor document movement, ensuring proper tracking, filing, and version control.
• Maintain an updated document register to support retrieval and audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in site administration or document control in construction.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external parties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
