Role purpose
We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Executive to join our Immunopathology team. The role supports the application of immunologic methods for patients diagnosed with haematologic malignancies in order to:

1. precisely classify malignant cells at diagnosis and at relapse/recurrence,

• Track donation-related submissions, correspondence, and follow-up items to ensure timely action and closure.
• Maintain accurate administrative records to support transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency.

Donor Database Management

• Maintain and update the donor database with accurate donor contact details, donation history, communication records, and relevant notes.
• Ensure donor data is entered accurately and consistently, with a high standard of data integrity and confidentiality.
• Perform regular database checks, clean-up, and updates to ensure records remain current and reliable.
• Generate donor and donation reports for internal monitoring, fundraising analysis, and management reporting.

General Fundraising Administration

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship efforts, and fundraising events.
• Assist with correspondence, document preparation, and other coordination tasks to support fundraising operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, donor confidentiality standards, and relevant governance or regulatory requirements.
• Carry out other administrative and fundraising support duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma, Higher Nitec, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Office Administration, Fundraising, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in fundraising, non-profit, charity, or donor support environments.
• Experience in donation processing, database entry, records management, or administrative coordination will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with donor management or CRM systems is preferred.
• Strong organising skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• A team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently when needed.

Commodities Oil Products trading desk focused on market making financial instruments to clients, across a range of products including Crude Oil and Oil Products (such as fuel oil, jet fuel, gasoline, and petrochemicals). Clients include Producers, Refineries, Trade Houses and Consumers (such as Airlines and shipping firms).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Structure, price, and execute derivative and financing transactions, including vanilla and more exotic swap and options.
• Understand market fundamentals and the impact of different factors on the commodities market.
• Build and maintain models of supply and demand balances, conduct analysis around refinery margins, blending economics, and other trading opportunities.
• Make markets to clients and risk management decisions to manage customer flow.
• Manage ongoing commodity and market risk post execution of trades.
• Partner with sales franchise to share market views and build relationships with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• Five years of experience in the job offered or in a related role.
• Prior experience must include five years: structuring and pricing vanilla and complex commodity derivatives; understanding and researching commodity market fundamentals; making markets to clients and understanding different types of risk inherent in those derivative trades; and managing commodity and other risk in portfolio.
• Prior experience must include three years: building and maintaining models of supply and demand balances and conducting analysis around refinery margins and blending economics.

Work Location: Kallang
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Salary Range: $2300 - $2800

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders from customers accurately
• Prepare shipment documents - commercial invoice, packing list, delivery order, tax invoice
• Book and track shipment online
• Liaise with freight orders if needed
• Email customers - informing of shipment with corresponding documents
• Work with Production, Customer Relations and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain proper records of orders and shipment activities
• Perform other administrative and operational support tasks as assigned

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ level or equivalent
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• 1 to 2 years of experience in shipment operations will be an advantage
