Responsible for managing coordination, technical submissions, interface management, and testing activities across multiple workstreams, including MMS, Wild, ICD, and interface related tests.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and contribute to project meetings, including MMS (J165) and Civil Coordination meetings
Coordinate and prepare asset registration submissions to J165.
Liaise for permit applications and installation scheduling.
Coordinate with Accuval for ICT-related Works Approval (WA) and Verification and Acceptance (VAE).
Resolve design coordination issues and provide technical support during construction.
Prepare and draft technical responses, reports, and supporting documentation.
Manage and respond to Interface Control Document (ICD) comments, coordinating with SWC.
Attend and facilitate interface meetings with relevant stakeholders.
Lead turnout trialability testing preparation, execution planning, and follow-up activities.
Plan, coordinate, and support Integrated Testing & Commissioning (ITC), including test preparation, execution, issue tracking, and close-out.
Ensure all ITC activities comply with project specifications, safety requirements, and authority standards.
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to resolve ITC-related issues and ensure smooth commissioning.
Requirement:
· Possess Master/Degree in construction, civil, project management or similar function.
· Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Construction Industry.
· Strong interpersonal with good communication skill in both verbal and written
· Have excellent problem-solving skills.
· Self-motivated, accustomed to being in positions of responsibility and accountability with good planning and communication skills.
