Plays a key role in supporting the delivery of electronic systems / modules or subsystems across their full lifecycle. Contributes to program planning, execution, logistics and sustainment planning, and post-delivery support, working closely with internal stakeholders, partners, and customer authorities. Will be instrumental in ensuring effective project delivery, operational readiness, and long-term customer support.

Program & Project Management Support: Support the planning and execution of electronic systems / subsystems program, including coordination of schedules, tracking of deliverables, risk management plannings, monitoring and control, and ensuring alignments with contractual and customer requirements.

Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) & Sustainment: Contribute to ILS planning and sustainment activities, including maintenance concepts, spares planning, and supportability considerations. Support the establishment and sustainment of repair and maintenance capabilities throughout the operational life of the system.

Supply & Post-Delivery Support: Support supply management activities, including coordination with vendors and internal teams. Provide post-delivery customer support to ensure timely resolution of logistics and technical issues and smooth transition into operational support.

Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: Work closely with internal program teams and external authorities to support program execution. Prepare materials and inputs for project reviews, coordination meetings, and customer engagements, ensuring clear and accurate communication of program status.

Technical & Systems Understanding: Apply working knowledge (but not limited to) of naval or complex electronic systems to support program decision-making, integration activities, and sustainment planning. Assist in assessing technical impacts on cost, schedule, and long-term support outcomes.

Handle program management within defence, air, land, naval, or complex engineering systems.

Support supply management and post-delivery customer support activities.

Will work across local and overseas multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.

What to expect:

• Oversee end-to-end faculty recruitment and appointment processes, including outreach, onboarding, appraisal, promotion, and reappointment while ensuring compliance with institutional standards and timelines.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain high-quality academic talent.
• Lead faculty culture and engagement initiatives, including performance appraisals, recognition and award nominations, succession planning, and career development opportunities.
• Manage faculty welfare and well-being matters, including peer or student-faculty concerns, while coordinating with relevant support offices on mental health and support initiatives.
• Oversee space and infrastructure planning for faculty offices, research laboratories, and shared spaces, including supporting policy development, data analysis, and documentation.
• Manage stakeholder coordination and reporting, serving as the main point of contact for leadership, collaborating with internal departments, maintaining faculty databases, and preparing management reports and presentations.

Who we are looking for:

• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience in Faculty Affairs and People Management.
• Proactive problem-solving in areas of welfare, infrastructure, and culture.
