Requirements
EXPERIENCE:

• 8-10 years’ experience in technical sales, business development, key account management.

• Proven track record in winning new business, developing strategic accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related fields.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders

• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across China and regional markets; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for business communication

• Willingness to travel regionally as required for customer engagement and business development

JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Regularly contact customers via product presentation to explain product features and solicit orders

· Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing customers, and attending trade shows and conferences.

· Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.

· In charge of the 4 top training hospitals (SGH, NSC, NUH, CGH)

· Develop Key Opinion Leader and build a good business relationship

· In charge of developing business in the hospital by processing the listing of the products in the hospital formulary

· Regular product presentation in the Training Department (Derm, Plastic Surgery, Obgyn, Onco)

· Ensure that the company’s presentation modules are used in each account

· Support customers' queries about products, prices, availability, and product use.

· Provide customers with product catalogs if required

· Prepare sales delivery orders and submit them for processing

· Consistent follow-up with customers to resolve problems and provide ongoing support

· Maintain customer records

· Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.

Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events). Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
