Job Scope:

Finance

Be responsible for the day-to-day transaction processing of the Sales, Purchase and Nominal Ledger and Accounting to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the accounting records, including the following:

• Handling bank receipts and payments & petty cash payments.
• Handling Supplier invoice , delivery order
• Processing expense claims after review.
• Preparing Quotation to customer 
• Update the material cost & labour cost
• Update the accounting entry ( Accounting software : Peachtree )  
• Preparing the report for month end closing
• Handling opening job file 
• Preparing sales invoices 

Admin 

• Manage general communications such as posts, deliveries, couriers, etc. 
• Manage worker dormitory matters.
• Manage supply of stationery and other office supplies   
• Apply and update for Safety Course , Yard entry permit , etc 
• Update for staff personnel information, etc 
• Cover for the Finance & Admin Manager in case of absence
• Carry-out other tasks that can be reasonably expected from this role 

Job Requirements:

Air Import Customer Service Executive
Salary:  $2500 - $3500
Working hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 5.30pm) | Alt Sat (9am - 1pm)
Working Location: Changi

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end airfreight forwarding shipments, including booking, documentation, coordination with airlines and ground handlers, customs clearance (for imports), export documentation, billing, and shipment closure.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding import and export shipments, providing timely updates, handling inquiries, and resolving operational issues.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, trucking partners, and customs authorities to ensure smooth shipment execution and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and internal operational procedures.
• Take ownership of complex or high-value shipments, proactively resolving delays, documentation discrepancies, or customs queries.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, reports, and regulatory documentation for internal, customer, and regulatory purposes.
• Support and guide junior customer service staff in airfreight forwarding procedures, shipment documentation, and best practices.
• Escalate unresolved customer or operational issues to management, ensuring appropriate follow-up.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of airfreight import processes, documentation, and customs requirements.
• Experience manage multiple airfreight import shipments simultaneously
• Previous hands-on experience in using Cargowise system is preferred.

Export Shipping Executive

• Working Days: Monday – Friday

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

• Handle export shipping duties and documentation for shipments to various countries
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, and other shipment documents
• Apply for FTA certificates, health certificates, and other required forms

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant shipping/logistics experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full set of accounts and oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with prevailing accounting standards and practices.

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including cost accounting, audit support, cost control, inventory management, and fixed asset tracking.

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all bookkeeping transactions.

• Perform cost centre accounting, including cost allocation and analysis.

• Develop and maintain rate charts and chargeback models to facilitate internal cost recovery.

• Support the Manager in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring timely submission of monthly accounts and management reports.

• Provide financial analysis and accounting support to business units and commercial teams.

• Monitor sales transactions and oversee the accounting of collections.

• Assist in formulating and reviewing group operating policies to enhance internal controls, improve transparency, and standardize procedures for better efficiency and resource utilization.

• Ensure all transactions are recorded in a tax-efficient and compliant manner.

• Maintain compliance with internal financial controls to mitigate operational and financial risks.

• Establish, maintain, and implement accounting control procedures.

• Support the implementation and execution of SOX-related controls.

• Apply knowledge of IFRS, SFRS, and US GAAP (preferred).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.

• With 2 - 4 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Excellent communication skills

• Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
