Primary Responsibilities - Office Administration

• Manage routine office administration tasks such as ordering stationery and pantry supplies, and liaising with vendors to support daily operations
• Coordinate internal communications related to office schedules, cleaning services, and operational updates
• Obtain vendor quotations, compare service options, and prepare recommendations for management approval

Secondary Responsibilities - Governance & Committee Support

• Prepare clear and concise meeting notes for Finance and Audit Committee meetings, capturing key discussions, decisions, and follow-up actions
• Assist in coordinating board meetings, including the Annual General Meeting (AGM), ensuring smooth execution and proper governance documentation
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for Council, Executive Committee, and Nominating & Governance Committee meetings

Required Competencies & Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or LCCI Higher in  Accounting qualification.
• Minimum 3years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills

Preferred Competencies & Qualifications

• Prior experience working in non-profit organisations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support office administrative duties, including procurement of office supplies and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. At least 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to payroll systems like Access EasyPay.

3. Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.

4. Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HRIS platforms.

7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of handling pressure effectively.
