Responsibilities:

• Take full operational charge of the factory when the Factory Manager is absent.
• Lead Production Supervisors and Line Leaders to meet daily output and efficiency targets.
• Plan and manage 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Proven experience managing ~25 operators, including warehouse and vendor staff.
• Able to manage end-to-end factory operations, beyond production alone.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to present to Management.
