Job Responsibilities:

• Reply email enquiries and request
• Coordinate the schedules of the various internal teams (i.e. the sales, warehouse, delivery and servicing teams) and contact customers to fix machine delivery, machine installation and product training appointments in order to ensure that customer requests are timely met
• Monitor and redeployment of stocks
• Support Account managers enquiries on stock status and delivery status of their orders
