Location: Kallang
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 6.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process
- Support hiring managers with interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Prepare and administration of contracts for new hires and staff movement.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee personnel records to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Well-versed with Workday, HRP and recruitment platforms
- Knowledge in strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, TAFEP guidelines and industrial relations
- Strong time management and priorities management skills
